Event Description:
Join Young Professionals Connection (YPC) on Friday, February 8 for a Lunch 'n Learn on "Career Resilience: Successfully Navigating a Rapidly Changing World of Work" by Dr. Nancy Muecke. Dr. Muecke's presentation will focus on the only constant you can rely on which is "Knowing Yourself." This will allow you to be confident in your ability to navigate ever-changing challenges. This Lunch 'n Learn is highly interactive as attendees will have the opportunity to complete a brief survey prior to attending that will be used in the presentation.

Dr. Nancy Muecke (pronounced "Mickey") has more than 24 years of experience providing career counseling for undecided college students and re-careering adults. She is a trained counselor at the graduate level and holds an additional master's degree in Sociology (with a primary concentration in the sociology of work) - both from the University of Wyoming. Her Ph.D. is from Iowa State University. Dr. Muecke's career has been focused on working with unhappy/dissatisfied individuals and helping them choose a career path for the first time, laidoff individuals, and those returning to the workforce after a voluntary leave of absense. Dr. Muecke has also worked with young professionals navigating the world of work and seeking to explore and develop a career plan for advancement.
