Each year young professionals and business leaders come together to reflect, connect, and engage with the Greater Des Moines Community. This year’s gala theme, “Welcome to YPC”  highlights the elements of big city living, small town vibes that Des Moines brings for young professionals. The evening will feature dinner, networking, and a keynote program, including the introduction of the 2026–2027 YPC Board.
