Each year young professionals and business leaders come together to reflect, connect, and engage with the Greater Des Moines Community.
This year’s theme, “Silver Reflections” commemorates 25 years of connecting, developing, and celebrating young professionals across Greater Des Moines. The evening will feature dinner, networking, and a special program, including the introduction of the 2025–2026 YPC Board. This evening focuses on the small actions and stages of experiencing change in our community. Whether an individual initiates change in their life or it is placed upon them, effectively navigating change and uncertainty is a necessary skill set for all young professionals to acquire both personally and professionally.
