Hy-Vee is an almost 90-year-old retail company, headquartered in West Des Moines, that has undertaken a technology evolution in recent years: switching from a back office IT support department to a fully functioning software development company and developing tools and solutions for Hy-Vee store employees, operations teams, and customers. Join Young Professionals Connection and Hy-Vee on Tuesday, August 20 at 5:00 pm for a "Dinner 'n Learn" from Jessica Ringena, Senior Vice President, Finance/Business Strategy, about how Hy-Vee became a leading technology company in Iowa and a tour of Hy-Vee's new tech center in Grimes.
Jessica Ringena serves as the Senior Vice President of Finance/Business Strategy at Hy-Vee, Inc., where she currently works with senior leadership on new business strategy, budgeting, and forecasting.
Most recently, Ringena has helped lead Hy-Vee's digital efforts including web and mobile development of all Hy-Vee's customer-facing properties,digital and loyalty marketing and consumer insights. Ringena is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) where she worked for RSM as a Senior Audit Manager for 13 years before joining the accounting department at Hy-Vee in 2015.
