Lunch 'n Learn (Health & Mindfulness in the Workplace)

While enjoying lunch, YPC members will engage in a presentation on “How To Stay Young For the First 100 Years”. This fun and enlightening program explains the many facets of a healthy lifestyle and the importance of keeping you mobile for your entire, long life.  Just like you wouldn't move into the retirement phase of life without investing in your 401K, we want to see you move into this phase of life without investing in your mobility. If each of us are going to live a long life and continue to be in the workforce for many more years, you deserve to have a quality life.  

Dr. Jesse Stumbaugh is originally from San Antonio, Texas where he played high school football (what Texan doesn’t enjoy Friday Night Lights?). After sustaining a football injury, he was introduced to chiropractic care and pursued his interest in ensuring everyone lives a healthy lifestyle. Dr. Jesse Stumbaugh is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. He has practiced in the Des Moines area since 2005 and he has owned and operated Norwalk Chiropractic since 2006. During that time Dr. Stumbaugh has worked with several professional organizations as their official chiropractor: Iowa Stars, Iowa Chops AHL, and Iowa Barnstormers. Dr. Stumbaugh’s specialties include family care from maternity to pediatrics to geriatrics, sports injuries, neck pain from poor posture in the workplace, and headaches/migraines. Dr. Stumbaugh’s presentation on “How To Stay Young For the First 100 Years” has inspired many corporations and health professionals throughout Iowa to change their lifestyle both in the workplace and in their everyday active life.
