"Diversity & Inclusion" are buzzwords in the business world right now, but what does it all mean, what is its impact in business, and how do we make them more than just buzzwords? The Inclusion Council of the Greater Des Moines Partnership developed the Untapped Talent Inclusion Guide to provide an overview of initiatives and tools needed to leverage untapped talent and better understand diversity and inclusion. This workshop will (1) guide you through the rationale and bottom-line impact of diversity and inclusion efforts in your company, as well as (2) empower young professionals, regardless of position, to become change agents and influence these efforts within their company.
