According to the U.S. News & World Report, the failure rate for New Year's resolutions is said to be roughly 80%, with most goals dropping by mid-February. Are you maintaining your New Year's resolutions and 2020 goals, or have you already lost motivation? 

Creating a 2020 Vision Board can be fun but why don't the effects last (according to the statistics)? What if you don't know where you want to go or what your best self looks like so you just make the generic "I want to get healthy" or "I want to make more money" type of goals? What if you are like Ashley and you are afraid of failure and not meeting your goals, so you just give up on creating a better life for yourself?

Ashley Randel is a fun and energetic motivational speaker, and she is the owner of Vibe & Co., a company designed to help leaders dig deep and get the most out of themselves. Randel attended The University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business where she studied leadership and dived into how to best motivate and help others reach their full potential. Inspirational stories, approachable attitude, and empathy make her workshops valuable, entertaining, and life-changing. In addition to running a 'startup basement company', Randel volunteers her time with Young Professionals Connection as the Social Media Coordinator and juggles her kids' sporting/social events (and loves sharing her crazy family life stories on a Vlog with her husband, Casey).
