Event Description:
According to Reggie Rivers, “If you want to achieve your goals, don’t focus on them.” Instead, we should focus on our behaviors – the actions we need to take in order to make those goals possible. In this interactive session, participants will be introduced to the Goal Achievement Process and learn how to use a Goal Map to focus their attention on behaviors and actions. By the end of the session, each participant will craft a Goal Map targeted at an individual goal.
Young Professionals Connection/Professional Development Committee is excited to partner with the Robert D. and Billie Ray Center for this workshop. Jeff Kluever will lead young professionals in a session on setting goals but also achieving these goals.
