Event Description:
If you want to make a difference in the lives of those less fortunate, please join us in the fight for hunger at the Meals From The Heartland. Too many families in Iowa wake up hungry every day: 1 in 8 Iowans struggle with hunger and nearly 400,000 Iowans live at or below the poverty line. Meals from the Heartland is a nonprofit organization that has provided over 100 million meals to the hungry in Iowa and around the world. YPC will be joing the Tifereth Tribe (Jewish young professionals of Des Moines) for this event. Together we can empower people to save the starving.
